【Announcement of Temporary Command Arrangement – Chief Staff Officer (CSO) Position 】
This is to officially announce that, Mr. Kenneth Chan, the former Chief Staff Officer of Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps (the Corps), has left the Corps since 20th January 2026.
The role and responsibilities of the Chief Staff Officer is currently assumed by Cdr Ponthey Yip.
Cdr Yip, who has served the Corps for over 50 years, brings high-caliber management experience and leadership in youth and vocational training with possession of various professional qualifications.
All personnel are requested to extend their full support and cooperation to Cdr Yip during this interim period.
