SUBJECT: Announcement of Temporary Command Arrangement

Overseas Assignment of Commanding Officer

This is to inform all members that Captain Terence Chow, will be undertaking an overseas assignment from 11 January to 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive). During this period, Captain Chow will be on leave.

 

Appointment of Acting Commanding Officer
In order to ensure the seamless continuation of all Corps activities, training, and administration, DCO Cdr. Leo Wong is hereby appointed as the Acting Commanding Officer from 10th January 2026 to 31st January 2026.
Cdr. Leo Wong will assume all duties, responsibilities, and authority of the Commanding Officer. All reports, requests, and communications that would ordinarily be directed to the Commanding Officer should be addressed to the Acting Commanding Officer during this period.

 

Chain of Command
All officers and cadets are expected to extend their full support and cooperation to the Acting Commanding Officer to ensure the high standards and smooth operation of the HKSCC are maintained.
