1.    香港海事青年團尊重您的個人私隠，所有個人資料將會保密。
2.    你的個人資料將只用作發行捐款收據（如適用）、通訊、籌募本團經費及收集意見之用途。我們可能將有關資料提供予第三方服務供應人推行有關運作，但所有資料均絶對保密。
3.    在一般情況下，已作出的捐款並不設退款服務。如有查詢，請與本團行政總部聯絡。惟任何爭議，本團將保留最終決定權。

Terms and conditions
1.    We respect personal data privacy and all personal information collected will be kept confidential.
2.    We shall only use your personal data for issuing receipts (if applicable), fostering communications, raising funds and conducting surveys for the Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps. We may furnish your data on a strictly confidential basis to third parties who provide service to us in relation thereto.
3.    Donations made are not refundable under normal circumstances. For any enquiries, please contact our Administration Headquarters. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
